Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free and a card is required to start it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. During the trial, uploads are capped at 1 TB; you can start your subscription early to lift the cap.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
Prices are shown in US dollars, pounds, euros, Canadian dollars and Australian dollars. Prices in pounds, euros and Australian dollars include VAT or GST. US and Canadian prices are before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period; moving down credits the unused part against your next invoices. You can’t move to a plan smaller than what you already store.
What counts as a download?
Downloading or streaming an original file counts against your monthly allowance (20, 30 or 50 GB depending on plan), and it resets on the first of each month. Browsing, searching and viewing previews are unlimited and free.
